The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the CA intermediate and final results today i.e. July 5 at 10: 30am. Candidates can access the results of the ICAI inter and final exams, which were held in May, by logging in with their roll numbers and registration numbers now on the official website, icai.nic.in.

CA Inter & Final Passing Requirements 

As per the passing criteria for CA Intermediate & Final exams, students need to secure a minimum of 40% in each subject and 50% in the overall aggregate of all subjects within a group. Since the CA Intermediate & Final levels are divided into two groups, students have the option to complete one group at a time or both simultaneously.

If a student successfully clears all the CA Intermediate & Final papers with an aggregate score of 70%, they will be awarded a statement of marks highlighting their achievement of passing the exam with distinction.

And when a student passes the CA Final exams, he/she is declared a Chartered accountant.

How to Check the CA Inter & Final Results?

To check your CA Intermediate & Final Exam score, follow these steps:

• Visit the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India's (ICAI) official website at icai.nic.in/caresult.

• Look for the "Exam Results" section on the website.

• Choose "Intermediate / Final May 2023."

• In the appropriate fields, enter your registration number or roll number and PIN.

• Fill out the reCAPTCHA verification form.

• Your result will be displayed once it has been validated.

• Download the result and consider printing it for future use.

What if I Forget my Login Details?

If you forgot your login details to check the CA Intermediate/CA Final May 2023 result, you can try the following:

• Check your CA Intermediate/CA Final admit card for your registration and roll number, as these details are typically mentioned.

• Contact the ICAI helpline at 99975 99975, which is available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Monday to Saturday), excluding Gazetted Holidays. Provide them with your name, your father's and mother's names, and any additional information they require. They will assist you in obtaining your login information after verification. 

• You can also send an email with your information (SRN/MRN, DOB, Email Address, and Phone Number) to ssp.helpdesk@icai.in.

• Utilize the E-Sahayta feature on the ICAI website. Log in with your email address and search for your query to find relevant solutions and assistance.

• Contact ICAI at - 0120 3054 851, 852, 853, 854, and 835, Or 0120 4953 751, 752, 753, and 754.

How to Apply for Marks Verification after CA Inter / Final Result?

The following are the steps to apply for mark verification after the CA Inter / Final result:

• Submit the application for verification within one month following the announcement of the results.

• You have a choice of submitting a physical application in your own handwriting or applying online at http://icaiexam.icai.org.

• In the application, include the following information:

a)Candidate Name 

b)Candidate Registration Number 

        c) Exam - CA Intermediate / CA  Final

        d) Roll numbers

        e)Specify which papers or subjects need to be rechecked.

f)Please provide your contact details.

• If the applicant submits a physical application, it must be written in his or her own handwriting. 

• If a candidate selected Hindi as their examination language, the application must be submitted in Hindi.

• To apply for mark verification, the candidate must first log in to the ICAI website and then click "Apply for Verification of Answer Books." 

• After that, the handwritten application form should be uploaded and submitted, along with a fee of Rs 100/- for each paper and Rs 400/- for all papers in a group.

• The candidate should expect a response in 6-8 weeks.
