ICAI Postpones CA Foundation Exam For Dec 2023 Term.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India announced today that the CA Foundation examination, which was scheduled from December 24th to December 30th, has been rescheduled and will now start from December 31st. 

CA Foundation Exam will now be held on December 31st, 2nd, 4th, and 6th, according to the new schedule as announced by ICAI.

The CA Foundation Registration has already commenced on the official website, and the application deadline is August 23rd, 2023. And the last date with a late fee of Rs 600 is August 30th.

The Institute also stated that the CA Intermediate and Final exams will be conducted as per the schedule. 

 

CA Intermediate 2023 exams will be held on November 2, 4, 6, and 8 for Group 1, and Group II exams from November 10, 13, 15, and 17

 

CA Final exams 2023 for group I will be held on November 1, 3, 5, and 7, and for group II it will be held on November 9, 11, 14, and 16.

On the official website, icai.org, the CA Foundation registration procedure has already started.

August 23 is the last day to submit an application for the ICAI CA examinations 2023. August 30 is the deadline for submitting the online CA application form with the late charge of Rs 600.

From September 1 to 7, candidates who completed the CA Foundation, inter, and final examinations may update their applications as necessary.

According to the most recent notification from the ICAI, students who passed either of the groups of intermediate exams under the previous plan will be able to choose three years of practical training as soon as September 30.

 

Guidelines For The Day Of Examination: 

  • A physical copy of the CA admit card 2023 should be carried along with a valid govt-issued ID card.
  • Plan to go to the testing site at least 30 minutes prior to the start time.
  • Students will have a fifteen-minute period for reading before the test begins.
  • Candidates are not allowed to leave the testing area until the test is done.
  • On the attendance forms, each applicant has to write their name and roll number in the appropriate column.
  • Candidates are not allowed to bring any prohibited items inside the exam center, including books, writing instruments, smart watches, cell phones, or additional electronic gadgets.
