Students who would have done their registration before January 1st, 2023 can only give their CA Foundation exam in May 2023. If you have not done the registration before the deadline for May 2023, you are not eligible for May 2023 term.

It will be challenging for students because there may be many students who have enrolled for classes, and because there are four subjects and each class is approximately 100 hours long, it may become difficult for students to complete their classes while also doing self-study. Students may be familiar with some subjects as well, but it may be hard to finish the classes and syllabus in two months.

But if you have opted for self-study, and study for 6-7 hours every day then you can complete the syllabus within 2 months as CA foundation is not that difficult.
