Are you a CMA Inter / Final student and are confused, and nervous about how to manage time and plan your strategy as there are only 90 days left for your exams?

A Few days back, ICMAI released the dates of the CMA Inter and Final exams which are scheduled to begin on July 1st 2023 for the June term, many students have been planning to give their attempt in July 2023.

many students who couldn't clear their CMA Inter/ Final exams in Jan 2023 will also be giving their exams.

Students are anxious about how will they plan their schedule and clear their exams with exemptions and AIR.

So, today we are here to help the students with a 90-day sureshot success study strategy plan which will help students to plan their studies. With the right plan and mindset, it becomes easier for the students to clear the exams and they know what things they need to do and include in their timetable so that they can clear with flying colours.

So, let's quickly dive into the further details.

First and foremost, I will not give you a timetable or tell you to begin with this subject or that, but I will suggest some strategies that will help you in the long run, not only in this exam but in any other professional exams you are preparing for.

Finish Your Classes on Time

One of the most important aspects of preparing for the CMA Inter/Final exams is finishing your classes on time. It is important to complete your classes at least three months before the exam so that you have enough time for revisions.

This will help you better understand the topics and retain the information for a longer time. Students who have not completed their classes should complete their classes as soon as possible.

Things to Keep in Mind During First Revisions

Following the CMA classes, students should begin their first revision, which means focusing more on learning.

Study two subjects in one day, one practical and one theoretical, such as accounting and law. You can choose any subject you want, but always take one practical and one theory subject because if you study a subject for an entire day, you won't be able to study the same subject the next day because you'll be bored.

You have 7-10 days to study this subject, your goal should be to complete 75% of the syllabus in the first revision.

Mark the important parts of theory subjects with ABC analysis.

This will help you in the next two revisions and will help you focus on those parts first with these markings.

Make charts and write summary notes in your own language for the parts that are difficult for you.

A means Difficult and Important

B means Medium

C means Easy.

As for the CMA practical subjects, practice the formats and then try to solve 40 % of practical questions, so that you get acquainted with the questions and their format.

As previously stated, the goal for the first revision should be to complete 75% of the syllabus, study according to the section-wise marks distribution, and begin studying with the sections that have the most weightage, so that by the end of 7 days, you will be finished with the sections that have the most weightage.

CMA Past Year Question Papers

After completing every chapter, try to go through the past three years' question papers, so that you know what type of questions is asked from a particular chapter.

Importance of ICMAI Study Material

As we have previously stated, students should begin studying from their teacher's books but always switch to the institute book for keywords and to become acquainted with the language.

At the end of 30-40 days, you will be done with 1st revision of all the subjects and would be completed with 75% of the syllabus.

Second Revision

Follow the same pattern as you followed in the first revision, take two subjects a day and study for 6-7 days, start with the topics which are marked with the ABC Analysis & charts as it will help in quick revisions, then do the rest portions.

Be more sincere and your goal should be to complete the entire syllabus. Try to complete within 7 days but it's not a hard and fast rule to complete in this time frame, take two-three days more but complete the syllabus.

After completing, solve the mock tests. Attending 2 past year question appears and mock tests are recommended and there is no shortcut to this.

We have created both chapter-wise and full mock tests that will be administered online under the supervision of an invigilator, and after the tests are completed, the answer sheets will be thoroughly checked and returned to the students with comments added by the faculty.

This mock test Sangram was made to help you with writing speed, acquaintance with the question paper, and pressure during the exam so that you won't feel pressurized during the exam. Contact us at 918100112222 or fill out a form here for the full scheduled timetable of the mock tests.
