The CA Foundation application form for the June 2023 attempt was released on February 3, 2023. The form must be submitted no later than February 24, 2023, to avoid any late fees. But even if any students miss this deadline they can fill up the form till March 3, 2023, with late fees

Forms for the ICAI CA Foundation June 2023 exam are available from February 3 to February 24, 2023. Additionally, by paying a late fee of Rs. 600, students may submit the CA Foundation examination form until March  3, 2023.

Educational Background

The ICAI's standards for educational qualifications are:

  • Candidates may apply for the CA Foundation exam if they have passed the Class 10 examination administered by a state or federal govt board or an equivalent examination. However, these students can only enroll provisionally; once they pass class 12 , they will be permitted to do so permanently.

  • Students can sign up for the CA Foundation exam whether they are in Class 12 or have already passed the exams.

  • Students who received at least a 50% grade on their Class 12 final exam may register.

 

Documents Needed for CA Foundation Registration

 

The following documents are required for CA Foundation registration:

  • Class 10th and 12th mark sheets and admit card
  • ID proof (Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Passport)
  • Date of birth proof (Class 10th certificate/Birth certificate)

  • Registration fee payment receipt.

How to Submit the ICAI CA Foundation Exam Form for June 2023

 

The steps to submit the CA Foundation Exam form for June 2023 are as follows:

 

  • Register with the ICAI, or Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
  • ICAI Portal Will require your contact details.
  • For registration, provide your name, date of birth, father's name, mail address, and any other required information.
  • When you enter your information and press Enter, an OTP page will appear.
  • Input the OTP that was sent to your registered mobile phone.
  • Your login information will be sent as an SMS to your linked mobile phone number after you submit your OTP.
  • You will successfully register with the ICAI when you do this.
  • To continue with the process, log in to ICAI using these credentials.
  • Click to enroll for the CA Foundation after logging in.
  • Click Enter once all of your proof has been submitted.
  • You will be directed to the CA Foundation payment gateway.
  • Your registration will then be approved once you have paid the CA foundation's registration fees.
  • Print a copy of your registration fee invoice for the CA foundation.
  • Once CA Foundation Registration is complete, CA study materials for the Foundation test will be emailed to your registered address.

Important Considerations When Filling Out the CA Foundation Application Form

 

Students commonly make mistakes when filling out the exam form. Therefore, when completing the application form, students should stick to this checklist:

  • Put in the same details that you did on the registration form.

  • Avoid filling out multiple forms on the same computer. Don't use your phone to fill out forms, either.

  • To avoid late fines, pay the exam form costs in a timely manner.

  • The only way for students to pay is online.

  • Take a printout of the examination form.

 

Correction Window for CA Foundation for June 2023

 

The ICAI opens the correction opportunity for fixing errors if there are any in the exam form. You can request changes to the exam locations, chosen group, study method, syllabus, etc. here.

From March 4 - 10,  the ICAI will be offering a rectification period. You must now take the following actions in order to request changes on your CA Foundation Application Form 2023:

  • Open your dashboard at icaiexam.icai.org and log in.

  • To edit the information, select "Changes" from the menu.

  • An application for the changes you want should be typed or written. Log in and upload a scanned copy of the application to the website.

  • Click the Submit button.

The application is not a guarantee that your request will be granted. Your admit cards will reflect the updated status of your application request is granted.
